One of my favorite books is rich dad , poor dad. One of best book on financial literacy , it is must read book for all. Today’s story is my favorite because mehul has implemented rich dad , poor dad book without reading it!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Mehul was born in middle class family. His dad is one of oldest real estate broker of ahmedabad. But he didnt become much of success. Mehul through his father joined a builder firm after college . His job?. Well to sit in reception and take phone calls!!!!!
He worked there for 4 long years. His goal was clear . He wanted to understand real estate buisness and make as many contacts of other agents and builders during his job.
After grasping the in and out of this buisness , he started his own real estate buisness. He use to roam for 7 hours in his old scooters meeting plot owners , agents. After shorlisting proper plots , he used to spend another 5 hours meeting builders in their office.
Thriving hard for 6 years , he did make a successful buisness. Today he owns a flat in posh locality in ahmedabad. No loan , all paid up. He own 2 plots , one car . All in 6 years.
Today also mehul wakes up at 6 a.m. He in on road at 7. Difference being now he is on car instead of old scooter. By 1 he is back to home for lunch and from 3-8 he is busy selling plots to builders.
Mehul is story of a ambitious young man who rose to ranks by starting from small job. Goal was clear , aim was high and zeal to learn was there.
Now mehul buys plots himself too or has percentage in plot which builder buys. But he is not over yet. He plans to have office in other cities of gujarat too.
